Important Notice About Your Member Account
Currently access to this website is limited to Local 109 Members only. All current members of Local 109 have an account already set up. Please refer to the steps below to gain access to your account.
Any Air Methods Line Pilot may become a member of Local 109 by submitting a Membership Application with a valid non-AMC email address. AFTER you have received a confirmation email that your Membership Application has been accepted please follow the steps below to gain acces to your account.
Please review the following instructions and complete the outlined steps to ensure your continued access to our website.
1) To access your account go to amcpilots.com and click on the 'Forgot Password' link just below the sign-in blocks.
2) Enter your 'standardized' user name which is the first two letters of your first name, then your last name, then your year of hire without any spaces, dots, dashes or periods (e.g. JoJaberwocky2005) then click 'Send Password'.
=> IF you receive a 'User Name Does Not Exist' error and cannot resolve the issue on your own please send an email to admin@amcpilots.com and I will let you know what your user name is a.s.a.p.
=> IF you receive a 'Password could not be sent at this moment. Please try again later or contact the site administrator' error you most likely are one of the 121 members who do not have an email address on file and will need to submit a Member Information Update form. If you are reasonably certain your email address was submitted with your Membership Application or Update, please try to retrieve your password at another time when the server may not be as busy.
3) You will receive your temporary password at the email address you have on file - this ensures that only you can retrieve your password.
=> IF the website indicates your password was sent and you don't receive it within 1 to 2 hours (usually just a few minutes) please send an email to admin@amcpilots.com letting me know your problem.
4) Using your User Name and Temporary Password log into amcpilots.com and you will be prompted to change your password. Then you will be presented with a 'profile' which should be updated as follows:

=->Base_ID: As listed in 411 (e.g. LEBTN)
=->Base_City: City base is located in
=->Base_State: Two letter abbreviation of state base located in.
=->Time Zone: Please select your correct time zone

If your email address or any of the information in the following blocks is incorrect please submit a Member Information Update Form via fax or email to faxforms@amcpilots.com and annotate your corrections in the remarks block of that form. [PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE IT WILL BE REPLACED BY WHATEVER INFORMATION WAS LAST SUBMITTED ON YOUR APPLICATION OR UPDATE FORM!]
